Testator's wish and desire is that all testator's lands or present place of abode lying in Morgan County, all testator's Negroes together with their increase, all testator's stock of every description, household and kitchen furniture, plantation tools and apparatus should be in the hands of wife, MARY BAILEY, during her natural life or widowhood to dispose of as she may deem most advisable and at a period when she may think proper so as to do equal justice to all my children, EMILY BAILEY, WILLIAM BAILEY, SARAH BAILEY, JOHN BAILEY, ELIZABETH BAILEY, CAROLINE BAILEY, MARTHA BAILEY, leaving my wife, MARY BAILEY a complete and sufficient support for herself. Nominates wife, MARY BAILEY executrix and WILLIAM G. SMITH and GUY SMITH, JR. executors. Signed: JOHN BAILEY. Wit.: JOHN HARDMAN, PETER HUGHES. Georgia, Morgan County, Court of Ordinary Sept.
