FamilyTreeDNA updates the Big-Y Time Tree once a week so these 4 Big-Y results do not show yet on that report. All of the Big-Y matches, both Smith and Prater share the same SNP R-Y11163, which continues with the Smith BIGY, and the Praters branch from that with terminal SNP R-Y11175

William Kirkewood Smith married Janet Kirkland and both are supposed to have gone from Scotland to Orangeburg, Orange County, South Carolina. According to the original submitter of the line, who has done a YDNA test for son George Spottiswoode Dickerson Smith, there were at least two other children, Jonathan S Smith and Unknown (daughter), both born Scotland. The oldest son George S D Smith married Elizabeth Conyers and lived in Orangeburg Co and Lexington County, South Carolina. Children are William Kirkland Smith, Pinckney William Smith, William G S Smith, Tillman Watson Smith, Caroline Smith, Isaiah Burton Smith, Katherine Smith, Simpson Wilson Smith, Emaline Smith and John Everett Smith.https://www.smithsworldwide.org/tng/showmedia.php?mediaID=11718&medialinkID=10070

There are two people from two different children of George that have done YDNA. One is through Warren Smith, the other is through Pinkney (YDNA results not in yet).
