Phillip Smith b 1794 m Sarah Reichart (Pennsylvania) & David Smith b 1698 (Virginia) m E Ragland

These two branches are only interconnected through marriage. My husband (Kenneth Allen [Long] Hess is descended from the Phillip Smith b 1794 m Sarah Reichart (PA) and myself through the David Smith b 1698 (VA) m E Ragland. Both were mistakenly connected to my husband.

Saw your email and wrote you back. I can't quite see what you are saying, so please write back in email. There is not any DNA at this point but the line starts with you. Since both your mother and father have lines that got up to Smiths, they are separated, but if I am not seeing this correctly, let me know in an email exactly where you are seeing the disconnect. Wondering if it might be the branch description?

P.S. Came back from vacay and found that where were a raft of bots invading this site, slowing it down and, for at least one of them, I see no valid reason for them to be crawling the site. Therefore....read more.....
