Looking for descendants of Lenard/Leonard Smith of Henderson Co TN that have done DNA

Or if you have done an autosomal test and have a clear line to Leonard, please come join the project on FamilyTreeDNA (Smith DNA Project-Official All). We have two testers that are from James C Smith of NC that was also in Henderson Co TN in 1850 and has a son named Leonard. Appears from the 1840 census in Henderson that there are two males about the same age, speculate this is James and Leonard, in the L C Smith household Also in the same household there is a women aged 60-69 who is likely Leonard's mother, a widow at that point. Unknown from source proof what county Leonard and James were born in in North Carolina, but Leonard is is on the tax list in 1839 in Henderson CO. Besides wanting to compare DNA, if you have any information on the origins of Leonard C Smith and James, please come weigh in |
