Israel C Palmer was born 1822 Lysander, Onondaga Co NY, married Mary Ann Smith b 1824 Maryland > Columbia County Wisconsin and Martin County, Minnesota. Son Clifford Wellington Palmer was born 1858 in Columbia Co WI, married Harriet Belle Smith b 1864 Columbia Co WI, daughter of Edwin S Smith b 1818 Niagara County, New York mk Mabel Sweet. 

For Edwin S Smith, would like to find a male Smith of this descent to consider doing a YDNA test. Also, if you are of this line and have done autosomal tests, come join the project.
