      To Mary Mullikin dtr of James Mullikin 50 pds, to Eleanor Mulikin her sister land bought of Capt James Keech if she dies to sister Mary Mullikin. To Ann Sullivant, to John Prather son of Jonathan Prather 1/2 tract of land Hopeyard on eastern branch of Potpmac River 500 acres.
      To Thomas Lucas son of Thomas Lucas the other half of same. To John Prather Hopes Addition of 154 acres.
      To nephew John Bowie the tract I bought of Robert Brooke being part of Brookwood and the crops on hand etc.
      Wife Jane Smith during her life two tracts of land on which I live being part of Brookfield of 350 acres 3 negroes and two women and two indentured servants.

John Douglass' wife Sarah_______ Carr Douglass who m. 3rd Ralph Smith all of Charles Co MD.

      Jane Carr (sister to Peter Carr who left will 21 Sept 1680 prov 19 April 1683 Charles Co MD) who left to Jane wife of John Smith. This means that Jane was married to John Smith by 21 Sept 1680.

      Will of Jane Smith, widow of John Smith, Prince George Co MD 27 July 1710 prov 7 Dec 1713: To sons, William, Thomas and John Prater and to sons of Jonathan Prater viz: Jonathan and Thomas all household goods. To Elizabeth eldest daughter of John aforesaid, Priscilla eldest daughter of William aforesaid, Mary eldest daughter of son John and to Jane daughter of James Mulliken personalty To son William a servant, George Dunbar, To grandchildren Ann, Martha, Jane, Susannah children of son Jonathan, To Thomas, John, Philip, Eleanor and Rachell children of son Thomas, To William Priscilla and Margrett children of William and to John and the younger next to John children of son John personalty.In event of death of any of children aforesaid before 17 years of age or of marriage of grandaughters, the portion of such are to pass to that branch of the family to which he or she belonged.
