    • In 1880, he is living with the “Dock Lovejoy” family, listed as a boarder. In 1900 CW is rooming on N. Clark St. (same street as Elizabeth Rees, his future wife) with the Reed family and his occupation is listed as barber. He says he is widowed. Doc Lovejoy is living with his daughter, Ella and son-in-law George Cobb. Marriage certificate for C.W. says he was married twice before. This matches with information in letter from his father, D.B. 1910 census, however, says that his marriage to Elizabeth is his 2nd., , , , ,
